Safety and logistics are of the utmost importance when organizing
our projects. Yvonne has been involved from the start and ensures that
all parts are drawn up correctly. She takes into account, for example, the required number of square meters, escape routes, emergency exits, backstage facilities, water and power connections and cable routing, sight lines and so on.
Yvonne has experience with projects such as the Koningsvaart, The Olympic Games in London and Rio, 100 years of Tata Steel and King’s Day in Amersfoort.

If Diana wasn’t here, everything would go to shit. Diana ensures that in our creative environment the numbers are correct. That might seem boring, but then you haven’t met Diana. She understands our “The show must go on” mentality and is also best friends with the tax authorities. She is serious and structured to the last decimal point, but always with humour. When she is not busy with numbers, Diana loves to lie on a tropical beach.

It all starts with looking with a sharp eye. As a photographer and cameraman, Bas has a sharp eye for beautiful light and visual gems. With his company New Circle Media he makes both short and long films for companies and institutions such as Hema, KPMG, Teleac NOT, Ziggo, and VGZ. With the film ‘2 minutes’ about the National Commemoration on the Dam Square, Bas won a Golden Reiger for best commissioned film.

Cheerful energy and perseverance. That’s Ramona. She is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in events, music and media. She likes logistical challenges. And Ramona likes an adventure. She likes to go on a journey of discovery. At BEE, Ramona was responsible for, among other things, the ‘And now you weeks’, the BUMA Awards and DEVconnect.

Creative jack-of-all-trades, we love it! Carolien Meijer is extremely versatile. With her company Pit ‘n Fit productions she is a seasoned event producer. For example, at the RAI she was operationally responsible for the realization of the Huishoudbeurs and the Horecava, she was responsible for the TV production of Guus Meeuwis’ Groots met een Zachte G and she produced the national fundraising campaign for Sint Maarten for IDTV. She worked as a presenter for Red Bull during the Volvo Ocean Race. She also photographs and is the owner of children’s brand and online store Ted & Fred.

Maud, from Amsterdam, studied media and culture at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), but returns to Roermond every year for Carnival. Her documentary “Een Dingk,” about the Limburg friends who make up the successful Carnival act Vleisboeket, was a perfect fit. Maud is an editor, assistant director, ENG director, and composer, but also contributes to the production. At BEE, she worked on a project for the Fund for Special Journalistic Projects and is making a film about the Jostiband, who becomes Ambassador of Freedom. Maud also organizes bingo parties.

“You must want to hear it” Peter knows how to tell a story. In images, sound in an event or simply 1 on 1. And above all, he knows how to ensure that there is receptiveness to the message.

Peter was creatively responsible for the concepts of De Koningsvaart, the national MH17 commemoration, the May 5 concert on the Amstel, 100 years of suffrage and many other events. As a TV director, he made various shows. Such as Nederland van Boven and De Reünie as well as theatre registrations of Herman van Veen, Wende Snijders, Karin Bloemen and Bløf.

Vos belongs to Tess. She is in the office every day to keep an eye on the neighbourhood, to take naps, and to make sure no one drops anything at lunch. Vos likes to visit the Noorderpark and she loves to cuddle.

Heleen writes clear and enthusiastic copy. She likes to write for people who are not necessarily readers. From tweets and tools to booklets. What works for whom? How do you encourage action? Heleen has worked as the editorial coordinator of Hey, I have an idea, a platform for and by the employees of Philadelphia Care, and entrepreneurial platform “IkGaStarten (Rabobank)”. At BEE she unravelled the secret of the Jostiband. Heleen’s company is called Getik.

Fedde is a multidisciplinary designer with almost 20 years of experience, the last 12 of which were freelance under the name Studio Tioko. He does this from the Cinetol breeding ground in De Pijp, Amsterdam. He prefers to work on various videographic and audiovisual projects. He creates posters, leaders, house styles for festivals and (moving) visual identities. For Bee he has collaborated on projects for Erasmus University, Jostiband, Tata Steel, Topdesk, RPO AI, and the Regiohelden Festival. He also spends a lot of time in the kitchen and enjoys making music in his spare time.

Ingiil is enthusiastic about everything related to events. She works as a hostess, in catering, takes care of ticket control, guides artists and can easily set up and take down sets. In addition to her Event Management studies, she gains a lot of practical experience. Ingiil has her own company: IH.Eventhulp. At BEE we like to make use of her creativity and decisiveness.

It’s always a bit magical when ideas become concrete. Sarina transforms dreams and concepts into realistic and appealing drawings. Her visuals are often an important step in the development process. They ensure that everyone has the same image and is enthusiastic. Sarina visualizes stage designs, sets, atmospheric maps, and storyboards. In addition to her commercial work, Sarina also produces exceptional freelance work.

If you work together intensely on a large project, the first thing you have to do is ensure that you get along well. Saskia therefore tries to get to know and understand customers and partners. She is one of the founders of BEE and previously worked as an executive producer at IDTV, Mannenvanroos and her own company Bombarie. At the innovative Picnic festival, Saskia was responsible for project management and guidance of the sponsors for a number of years. Saskia bakes great apple pies.

Many people work together on our projects. Elselinda has an eye for all those different individuals and their interests. She worked in the music industry at Polygram and Universal and then founded Amsterdam Artist Management. She produces pop- and theatre tours for her artists at home and abroad. Elselinda was involved as a project manager in the open-air spectacle Turn on the Lights for the Bijenkorf and produced the opening of the international entrepreneurial summit GES 2019.

Our artistic conscience, that’s how we could actually call Gemma. She knows all the orchestras in the Netherlands and always advocates dance. Gemma was involved in various international opera productions, worked for IDTV and Moondocs on various documentaries and was editor-in-chief of the May 5 concert on the Amstel for many years. At BEE, Gemma worked on the Requiem for Theresienstadt.

Gemma is also our proactive confidant. You can always contact her if you need to, but she also regularly checks whether everyone feels safe and okay.

Music touches you immediately and plays a major role in most of our productions. Joost always creates exactly the right sound for every story.
As a musical director, he was involved in projects such as 100 years of Tata Steel, the opening of the NSS nuclear summit, 100 years of universal suffrage in the Ridderzaal, and the opening of the new Erasmus MC. Joost played in several bands, including After Forever. He teaches at the Amsterdam University of the Arts and has produced albums of Epica, Kovacs, and Navarone.

Tim is always positive. With his energy and humor he fixes everything for events, video productions and photo projects. At BEE, Tim worked on the mega event Devconnect for the Ethereum Foundation and on events for Ipse de Bruggen.

A good plan stands or falls with its implementation. Sandor therefore combines creativity with production and technical knowledge. He is one of the founders of BEE and worked for years at the Arjan van Dijk Group as a project manager and producer. At IDTV, Sandor was responsible for the ‘Live’ department, that produced events and campaigns. Sandor dreams of organizing the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games.

We have known Josine for a long time. For many years, she was responsible for the production of the May 5th concert on the Amstel, she produced the team presentation of the Tour de France in Utrecht and also made a documentary about the working conditions on sugar cane plantations in El Salvador. Josine is a real connector. She thrives (and keeps laughing) under high pressure and she likes to work on projects that contribute positive to the world. In addition to all this work, Josine is also an ecological garden designer. She made the plan for greening the area around the BEE office. We enjoy this every day!

Making contact and bringing people together; it’s in Larissa’s blood. This suited her role as producer and candidate supervisor of the television show Wie is de Mol. Larissa was involved in the Buma / Buma NL Awards on behalf of Brand New Live and worked for IDTV, Kingcanary and Fabiola TV.

Sophie loves things that don’t yet exist. She builds a team with her phone and helps us with the (social) media strategy for various projects. With her creative and strategic mind, she’s quick to adapt and comes up with clear and realistic plans, always focused on measurable results. Sophie was a content strategist at NOS and has worked for AndC Media and NTR. At BEE, she’s working on projects for the Jostiband and RET, among others. A good cup of coffee makes Sophie very happy.

Clear agreements and clear contracts. We would like to arrange it properly. Sofie provides legal support for complex productions. She worked for IDTV, KPN, and Talpa Network, and has extensive experience with the legal side of matters surrounding the production of films, television shows and events. Sofie is well-versed in media law, copyright, press law, general contract law, consumer law and privacy law. She has her own company: LegalinMedia.

Visualize the content so that the message gets through. That is what Nynke is dedicated to. Nynke loves film and believes in its power. She devises and develops various video productions for TV, ministries and companies. Nynke has worked as the editor-in-chief of the Koningsvaart and contributed to Serious Games for the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Tata Steel. She has a background in international journalism. Nynke’s company is called IzzyWorks.

With Anne, everything always works out. She has a lot of experience as a project manager of events, campaigns and TV projects. For example, she worked as a producer for Wie is de Mol and CupCakeCup and she was a project manager of events for Heineken, the National Committee 4 and 5 May, the RET and the opening of the Amsterdam North/South Line.
At BEE, Anne was responsible for the production of Nationaal Stilstaan ​​bij Corona, the Requiem of Theresienstadt, the RET Aardig Onderweg Challenge and Robeco’s Expected Returns events. Since January 2025, Anne has been the 3rd partner of BEE.

During the execution of events, we can blindly rely on various experienced colleagues. Fons was our colleague for years, but is now doing something completely different. Fortunately, we can still count on him for special projects. Fons directed various TV shows, determined the pace of the royal ship during the Koningsvaart as a sailing coordinator, and he has been one of the stage managers of the May 5 concert on the Amstel for years.

Creating an atmosphere where everyone comes into their own. As a project manager, Janna is used to managing complex project teams in an ubeat way. She was responsible for the opening of the new Erasmus MC in Rotterdam, oorganized the Jostiband’s anniversary concert in a sold-out Ziggo Dome and she also contributed to the 100th anniversary of Tata Steel.

At Bee, Janna worked on the national circular economy conference and is she responsible for Regiohelden, the annual festival for the circular economy. We won a Golden Giraffe for the Eurekaweek, the introduction week of Rotterdam Erasmus University that Janna produced during Covid-19.

Kitty likes to create unusual encounters in an environment where ideas can collide and merge. She works together with artists, designers, scientists, visionary thinkers, philosophers, companies, governments, NGOs, entrepreneurs and technologists, preferably all at the same time and on a shared interest. Because at the intersection of all these disciplines, ideas arise that can lead to positive change. The common thread is the relationship between technology and society. The topics can be broad, such as sustainability, food and agriculture, education, social innovation and a healthy internet. At BEE she was responsible for the programming of MOZfest in Amsterdam and the NPO Innovation Festival.

With his company Kanoon, Maurice creates clear visual communication. The attractive design he develops makes it easy to get the message across. We have known Maurice for a long time and have worked together on special projects such as a show for President Obama and 57 other world leaders, programs for Robeco and the National Mortgage Guarantee, and the exhibition National Reflection on Corona. Maurice is the proud owner of a stubborn dachshund and can cook very well.

Kim loves crafts! Especially knitting and crocheting. She got that from her grandmother Anna and she likes to share that love with others. But she also likes to bring order to the chaos at events and TV projects. She worked for years at IDTV, doing editorial work, desk production, casting, candidate guidance, and everything in between. Making calls about a legal dispute for De Rijdende Rechter, spotting quotes for CupCakeCup or developing questions for the government exam, Kim has done it all. At BEE she did editorial work for the RET Aardig Onderweg Challenge, and the National Circular Economy Conference. Kim is good with people and with needles :-).

Every person has a story. As a researcher and director, Anna always manages to bring these stories to light. Because of her attention and interest she always puts the people who are the subject at the centre, without losing sight of the overarching premise. Over the past ten years she has gained a lot of experience in making television shows and documentaries for the public broadcaster. She also contributed to numerous business projects and events such as 100 years of General Suffrage, Robeco Live, and the anniversary of Ipse de Bruggen.

Whenever we come up with something that doesn’t actually exist, Matthijs usually has a solution. He devises and makes props, sets or, for example, custom made chairs for the King and Queen. Matthijs has been involved for years in the May 5 concert on the Amstel, Festival Classique in The Hague and many other productions. Matthijs has his own company.

Stories that move you. That’s what Caroline is all about. Her openness and genuine interest instantly build trust. Whether it’s something small and joyful or a big and difficult story, sharing your story with her is easy. And you can be sure it will be well-represented, whether it’s in print, on video, or on stage. Caroline has done research and (final) editing for various TV programs and documentaries, and worked for BEE on projects including Nationaal Stilstaan ​​bij Corona (National Corona Standstill at Corona) and the film about the Op de Ring festival. She also writes life stories upon request. Oh, and Caroline is a great source of laughter.

Niels builds websites with attention and empathy.

He is honest and explains clearly what is possible and what the consequences are of each choice. Niels works very neatly. He builds sites that are creative and functional. Handy for both visitors and CMS administrators. Niels is a fanatical tennis player.

While studying Criminology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Madelief organized the Eurekaweek—the introduction week for 5,000 new students. Through this experience, she discovered a strong passion for everything related to marketing, media, and events. Fortunately, she was able to intern at BEE and work on the *Festival Op de Ring*. She also works as a student assistant at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Now that she is officially registered with the Chamber of Commerce as a freelancer under her company ‘ZaalProject’, we can also harness her enthusiasm and drive for BEE’s projects.

Josephine captures stories. She has worked for more than 25 years as a copywriter, programme maker and (final) editor for radio and TV, print, online and events. It’s always about
people. With her open attitude and friendly and charming approach, she seeks connection by listening carefully. Josephine often finds a unique angle and combines images and text. We already worked together for King’s Day in Amersfoort and on the exhibition National Reflection on Corona. Josephine lives in Amersfoort and speaks six languages.

Veronique is a highly experienced project manager of small and large events. She was the event producer of the International Film Festival in Rotterdam for many years and worked for the Uitmarkt, the Dutch Film Festival and the PICNIC festival in Amsterdam. Veronique also organizes events for companies and organizations with her own company WEvents. In 2008 Veronique was a finalist in the TV show Beijing Express.

If the form is not attractive, the content is often lost. Mariël is the creator and guardian of visual communication. Her company Stijlcabinet is a studio for inspiring fashion and design research. She makes presentations, style guides, is involved in the design of magazines and develops concepts for various brands. Mariël also designed the visual identity of BEE Agency.

Tess makes sure everything is in order. Every day she cycles from Amsterdam West to BEE with Vos in her bicycle basket to keep the office running and cozy. Contracts, solutions, invoices, orders, sales, lunch, repairs of leaking drain pipes, styling ideas, BEE sweaters, birthdays, answers to life’s questions, drinks… Tess takes care of it all. We met Marilou through IDEA Talent Scout. She’s a real talent for event organization. We’ve been working together for a few years now, and Marilou has been involved in projects like the Buma Awards and the May 5th concert on the Amstel. With her company, MET Lou, she’s not only a project manager, but also active in the music industry, managing young artists like Stijn and Fenster. Marilou also organizes dinner parties at her house, inviting people who don’t know each other yet.

Ester looks at the world with an open mind. She tells people’s stories. In print, online, and on video or TV. About what concerns, touches, motivates, or moves them. Stories about healthcare, education, coexistence, diversity, religion, sustainability, progress. Stories about life.

At BEE, Ester worked on stories for National reflection on COVID-19, The National Circular Economy Conference, De Jostiband, Erasmus University, RET, The Gastrointestinal Foundation, and many other projects.

Renske has been a project manager for 15 years and has a lot of experience with both corporate organizations and event agencies. During the King’s visit to Rotterdam on King’s Day, Renske was responsible for a large part of the route. She produced events for Booking.com, Talpa, and Radio 538. At BEE she was responsible for the (TV) event of the opening of ‘National reflection on COVID-19.
